We are proud of the amount of client referrals we receive at Surfside. Photos below show several kitchens in the same neighborhood as the home pictured above. These kitchens all started with the same layout as the first photo above. Each were then individually redesigned to suit the owners lifestyle.
The photo above shows off our design skills. This homeowner had collectible’s they wanted to display, so we built cabinets with glass doors on either side and interior lighting. With an open design and sit down counter, the kitchen has become a casual place to have a snack and some easy conversation.

Surfside Builds Beautiful Bathrooms Too!
Building beautiful baths on a tight schedule is a Surfside specialty. Our bath division, will remodel your bath into an enjoyable haven, making it brand new from floor to ceiling.
On the far left is a typical 20 year old bath with particle board cabinets and dated wall lights.
To your right is the same bath after remodeling. The owner wanted to replace the tub with a shower, so we began by making that improvement. We then installed recessed lights, framed a custom mirror, put in a comfort height toilet fixture, and installed a Nantucket style vanity. We finished with all new tile and a beautiful granite top with under mount sink. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!
The Ultimate Master Bath Suite
The picture at the top is the starting point of a master bath project we designed and executed. With this dramatic change, the entire master suite took on a whole new dimension.
This particular homeowner wanted to make their master suite stand out, and we made certain it did just that. The make up table, centered on the vanity wall, was built exactly the right height for the homeowner. Lights over the vanity were positioned precisely so the owner would not have shadows when make up was being applied. Moving one wall enabled us to put a heated Kohler spa tub. The shower was enlarged and has an overhead “rain head”. Custom vanity and wall cabinets were installed with Brazilian Granite tops. The owner had a hand-leaded glass vase they wanted to display, so we installed a light over the wall niche to focus on this particular piece. The walls were faux painted to blend with the travertine stone used throughout. This bath surpassed the owners expectations and Surfside is proud to have designed and executed this beautiful project.
